Elizabeth works with artists, architects and designers, whose commitment to the environment dovetails with NRDC’s ongoing program efforts, to heighten public awareness of and interest in the environmental problems facing our communities. In April of 2014, she created the first-ever Artist-in-Residence program at NRDC.

Elizabeth will focus on the ways in which non-profits can build meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships with artists, architects and designers to support their mission in nontraditional ways. She is also interested in giving coaching advice to interested artists, architects and designers on how they can start to work with non-profits and find support for their creative endeavors.
